I am most interested in studying, understanding and applying animal conservation through social approach in different Biomes of Brazil, especially the Caatinga. I have focused my work in larger mammalian species since my graduation. I am graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of São Paulo (ESALQ - Piracicaba) with exchange program at Bishop's University, Canada. I completed my Masters in Biological Sciences (Zoology) at Universidade Estadual Paulista - Rio Claro, Brazil. Currently I am researcher of the Program entitled Friends of jaguar and puma: big predators and sociobiodiversity in Caatinga Biome from Institute for the Conservation of Neotropical Carnivores (Pró-Carnívoros).
